Have you contacted them? Try it. It's amazing at how quickly your ratios will change once you let them know you are aware of it and considering sending your traffic elsewhere.

I don't think it's that. I think it's most likely factors beyond their control (current 3rd party billing scrub).
Sonia has good stuff so I would think your rebills would be way higher. They are not a scamming affiliate program in my opinion. I think like others have said it is a CCBill thing.
Lady Sonia has been one of my top income sponsors for years, so these numbers are reflective of significant traffic.
Jan 11' ratio: 1:820 - 2010 ratio 1:825
I think perhaps you need to dig a little deeper than just your ratios to see why your recent traffic isn't converting. If it were something on their end we'd all be seeing similar results.
I would say contact them and work together to see if you can find out where the problem is. They have been selling good for you and then the change. I would explain things to them and give them a chance to look into it with you.

Here's what happens. Affiliate moans to webmaster about ratios. Webmaster raises it with biller. Ratios suddenly improve. Almost every site owner that I have ever spoken to has noticed this at some time or another.
Maybe it's a real thing, maybe it's not, but it no longer consumes any of our time thinking about it. We just rest that biller for a while and move on.
This is SPECIFICALLY why we moved to NATS and the ability to flip flop billers around as required.
