Is there a way to fix a traffic court fuck up?

I was half asleep and let my woman complete fuck up a god damned traffic court appearance straight to hell.

Once I told her that a diversion is a bad thing for people who get DUIs, because you have to sign away all rights to a trial and everything. But I told her to take one if it was available for this speeding ticket.

Well her god damned thyroid is still fucked up and her mind is foggy.... so of course she comes out saying "I wanted to take the diversion but thought I'd get in trouble with you"

Worse yet was I went in to sit down with her in the courtroom and she told me I couldn't be in there because of some god damned sign she saw - and of course I can't argue right there in court with her

Oh, better yet, the Judge wasn't even there - much less was the officer - the clerk or whatever he is dismissed the no license on person and no proof of insurance when she produced those...... yet she didn't have the presence of mind to tell him that she wasn't speeding!!!! He would have probably dismissed it!!

God damned fucking thyroid makes her mind completely shut the fuck down for chrissakes... We went back and talked to the clerk in the little office there and she said now that she's pled, it's too late to fix this ridiculous fuck up

A diversion for a speeding ticket is fine - it's only an infraction - not even a misdemeanor. God damned fucking christ to hell Jesus fucking christ

I HAVE GOT TO GET HER FIXED

I can't even fucking imagine how I can possibly fix this ridiculous fucking bullshit
They're not going to reopen a case about a small infraction and change the plea, are they???

    I would not think so

I don't know why you couldn't fill out an application for diversion after being "convicted".. I guess it's already on the books and they don't want to take extra time fucking with it, right??

Sounds like you need to try the other team. My advise, dump her and go homo.

Thanks for that sage advice, there, but what works for you may not always work for others.

Tell her to write a letter to the judge that she was high on cocaine during her case and she was not of sound mind to enter a plea.

I just can't stand when things go from dumb to dumber to stupid
That is for normal people and should not happen to us

Once a judgment is on file then that is that. Just breath deeply and get over it.

                        .

Pretty much how I'm handling it

I gave her a good spanking for not listening, but since she was trying to (what she did, she thought was based on what I told her to do), I wasn't too excessive with her punishment.

I was mad at first - but like I told her - it is more my fault for allowing her to chase me out of the courtroom. I should have been in there for her.

I thought it might have been a Failure To Appear involved. The police here are nice enough to leave door hangers politely telling you they were "Sorry to have missed you, we were here to arrest you. Have a nice day."
