    He paid 12mil for it in 07 and he's asking 9.5 now... few people need a 16,000sq ft house. Unless you're Bill Gates or Oprah it doesn't make sense

                                                  Why would anyone want 8 bedrooms? People with that kind of money generally don't want to live with their families and are too busy or not home enough to invite that many people over to stay so how that would even be justifiable is beyond me. Live in cleaning crew? I wouldn't want that.. those kinds of places even have guest houses usually which makes even less sense.


                                                  don't get me wrong i'd LOVE to rent out a place like that with a hand full of friends for a week but living there full time? no thanks.
