Oneverify changes...

Anyone else down right confused with their move to push free site makers out of their avs? Regular submissions will get basically no traffic now, & only people with 300 pic, 50 movie premium site's will be getting the traffic.

They want 300 pic / 50 movie site's, updated monthly with 50 more pics or "x" amount of movies...

Thats a shitload of content wanted for just an avs site, seems a little unfair in my opinion to ask that out of people.

I dunno just seems excessive, what do you think?

I thought it was already excessive. I was submitting my "clean" avs sites that get approved on 20 AVSes, and they were getting rejected there.

They don't have any common sense. I was getting my sites rejected for "too many ads". Here was the logic:

A regular site needs to have 30 pics (3 galleries of 10) and can have two banners per page, total of 6 ads (I think it was). All the sites I made had 50 pics (5 galleries of 10). I actually had LESS ads on my members page than they allowed and no more than they allowed per gallery page, but since I had more gallery pages, the ads came up to more than 6, so I got rejected. I also had NO ads outside the members area, large thumbnails and nothing even remotely scammy. I was basically being punished for providing them with more than the minimum content.

After they refused to back down from that I realized I was wasting my time and I've been doing fine without them.

I think they just want to sell memberships, and not turn into a TGP. Rather than turn away good clean galleries though, they should try to implement a system of rewarding webmasters (priority listings) who make new sales instead of punishing webmasters that don't. Maybe a tiering system that doesn't list new sites at all until they start making new sales.

Hmm. My site was denied because the pictures were too small they said. My pictures are way bigger than the minimum they listed.

Well, they want a network of quality sites... who can blame them... Its a real joke to see some of the AVS sites out there... Most look like tgp galleries but password protected!
