                      OK Go does a lot of their vids live and in 1 take..

                      Example they have 2 vids for this one song and both were done in 1 take each.



                      First features Notre Dame marching band, second features a hell of a lot of time building shit..




                      Although these guys were doing it well before the one u posted I'm sure others have done it before them.

                                                      Of course they're lip syncing the song. I'm fairly sure the music video is always the case. It has to match the studio track after all.
