Wordpress plugin to put links in certain post categories?

Anyone ever see one that does this? I haven't been able to find one.

No. Say I have 20 different niche categories that I assign different posts too. I want to be to do link trades on the niche category pages.

I'm really surprised there isn't a plugin to do this(as far as I know). One that when you add a link, it lets you select what category you want the link to show up in.

on the post page, you could write a function so it only displays the links in the posts category. prob a 5 or 6 line deal

assuming you have a link category called amateurs, and a post category called amateurs

Code:
function show_links()
{
    global $post;
    $cat = get_the_category($post->ID);
    $check = $cat[0]->cat_name;
    $links = get_bookmarks('category_name=$check&orderby=rand');
    foreach($links as $link) {
        echo "<a href='$link->link_url'>$link->link_name</a>";
    }
}
maybe somelike like this?

not sure i havent tested it.
