My payment has been on hold to February 2011 whats wrong with this people? They are not converting very well and they are holding people's money.

Maybe the joins are questionable and they want to make sure there will be no chargeback. -

Well Its been more than 3 months for holding that shit now but unluckily they are not responding about that thing, its kind a frustrating from their support, if they cannot answer some answer they should not appear online unless they can answer when you hit them up.Comment
