Is it discrimination to not hire transexuals?

Tonight a customer of ours sent me an interesting email. He placed an ad to hire female chat models and his site clearly indicates "FEMALES ONLY: No Males, TG's, TS's, or TV's".

Of course, a Transexual signed up anyway and lied on the application, claiming to be female. When the customer took him to private chat he teased him for a few minutes and then Surprised him with a hard cock where he expected to see "her" vagina. He closed the chat and complained to the site owner. The owner gave his customer a credit and an apology, and then shut down the Transexual's account because he lied about his sex, but went on to say that because of the niche of the site ("teen / college girl / girl next door"), Trannies would not sell well, etc etc, and suggested other sites for him to join. He was very professional about it.

Now the Transexual is screaming discrimination.

Has this kind of thing happened to anyone else here? Care to share your stories or advice?

    His site, his rules.

Personally, I don't believe TS should be mixed in with female cam girls unless it's CLEARLY stated the cam model is a TS. This helps both customers of TS and of non TS models.

I have seen TS pull off (or rather tuck in) a full naked private and the customer left seemingly totally unaware (he asked if she had children) that he had just been entertained by a man.

I have also refunded many shows to customers "scarred for life" by the experience.

At the end of the day, refusing TS could be considered discrimination, but letting them in, in a clearly marked section, may end up paying dividends.

You may be surprised at how many otherwise "female prefering" customers can't resist the odd look at a cock.

Transexual committed fraud on the customer, that's why he got fired. The customer paid for vagina and got cock.

I myself would not advertise "FEMALES ONLY: No Males, TG's, TS's, or TV's" someone could sue you for discrimination. I would say "webcam models"

              Here's why it's NOT discrimination:

Discrimination on behalf of sexual orientation involves tasks that don't involve sexual orientation. If you're a postal worker, does sexual orientation relate to the job at hand? No. If you're a customer service worker, does talking on the phone require you to be either male or female? No.

The task of entertaining MEN that are interesting in seeing WOMEN perform sexually most certainly requires that you are biologically either a MAN or a WOMAN. If you're a man masquerading as a female, you are not performing your job. If you are not able to perform your job, you're not qualified to have your job.

A transsexual is a neither a male or a female. Males that are interested in females are NOT interested in transsexuals, and females that are interested in males are NOT interested in transsexuals. They are their own brand, essentially.

If they want to be treated equally, and they want to be involved in this business as a performer, they need to respect the needs of the paying customers in this business.

he should have set up a shemale section and see what she makes. After all it isn't gay men who look at shemale porn
