Webcam shows included or not included in membership?

my idea:
have some shows for free (tease them to death)
allow them to make private shows bookings (bill them to death )

Include weekly cam shows as part of the site membership, its great for retention. Offer private shows to members outside of the site by linking to the model's private room on a cam site after the member's site show is over. If you don't want to give a % away to the cam site, then do the show on something like yahoo messenger and have the member send in a separate payment.

I agree ..do a 1 hour feature show once or twice per week for every members to watch and after that upsell personal one on one shows etc..

Make the shows included in the membership but upsell them to the cam site you use for the shows, like streamate etc.

To manage cams is lots of effort, is easier to use third party solutions as possible. I suggest public shows should be included in membership, the private chats extra paid per minute. Note, if the public shows are too few, most members can't attend the specific day and time, so may start to ask shows at other times (theorically you make them all happy, including austrailans, only with 24/7 shows...).
A network of solo sites, with shows from all the girls seen across all the sites it may be more worth and feasible, than each site let access only the shows of one girl - so you have more show times and maybe a guy like a girl from a show and join her site too.
This for public shows - then to take them in private, there can be a link to such girl room in a big cam site, with affiliate link of course, and whitelabel or so, but you have them handle all the bill and tech.
Also, for time when your specific girl(s) not do shows, you may put something else such as a cam plugin with shows of other girls, so members see someone in cam always and get used, for when your girls show - this last advice is astually an advertising of chatgf cam plugin, pardon me for sp*am

What we do is have each model perform a weekly scheduled webcam show. It's free for members, and non-members can participate for a per-minute fee.

We use streamate to handle the members' area interface. So our members just log in and go through that portal to see the show.

We advertise the shows via our tours and social media (the models interact with their members quite a bit). If the show isn't running, then the members' area portal shows links to other girls on the Streamate network. If the member wants to interact with someone, then they pay whatever the cost is for that model, and we get affiliate revenue share from that.

We have feeds with 8 lives shows a day if anyone is interested.
