I love how Julius Jones had 2 touchdowns but in the end he showed his true colors in why we cut him and then Lynch came through and let em know how the new hotness plays at running back.
Hats off Seahawks, I love me some Saints but it was great to see the Hawks win.
I had the game on DVR and there were about 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter when I heard fireworks going off outside... I thought no fuckin way.... the hawks pulled it off. I kept waiting for old Hassleback to throw the ball to the Saints D. Amazing game, they picked a good time to put on their big boy pants.Comment

correction, the saints defense was baaaad today, their offense was great as usual.
that was beyond a doubt the worst defensive display from the saints i've seen, wtf happened to their secondary? argh....
on the other hand the seahawks came in as the laughing stock at 7-9 so they had plenty of fuel for something to prove and they proved it, so congrats to them.

Agreed, but the Saints have been playing mediocre football all season. They had a VERY easy schedule and still managed to lose to a lot of bad teams during the regular season.
They strided into the playoffs like they were the team to beat just because they won last year. Everyone knows playoff games are usually defensive battles.
Well, I hope they learned their lesson. The Seahawks, who had the worst defense in the league paired with a QB who had 5 more interceptions than TDs in the regular season embarrassed them yesterday.
Seriously, their top rusher has only run for 500 yards all season. How do you let a team like that score 41 points on you during a playoff game?

i wouldn't call any of those teams an easy win

1. D. Brees NO 404 yds
2. M. Hasselbeck SEA 272 yds
3. P. Manning IND 225 yds
4. M. Sanchez NYJ 189 yds
