Keep miles away. I had a special agreement for adult videos, confirmed by emails and faxes. I also paid 10% holdback ( instead of the regular 5% they have) and 8.5 % transaction fee ( instead of 5.5%) because I was adult. For 6 months, not a single chargeback or complaint from my clients.

A weekly payment check was lost in the mail, so I contacted the sales person and support. They told me to write to " [email protected]"; I did so and here is what I received on December 31st 2002 4:00 PM:

"Re: Notice of Termination

Mr. xxxxx,

As a result of a re-evaluation of your site's content:

Pursuant to Section 6.3, of the definition of ?Event of Default? of the PaySystems Corporation Internet Billing Account (IBA) Agreement entered into among yourselves and PaySystems Corporation (?PaySystems?) for account # 41800 (the ?Agreement?), we hereby terminate the Agreement, with effect immediately. We hereby notify you that pursuant to Sections 5.2 and 6.3 of the Agreement, the whole of the Reserve Account and all Remittances, as such terms are defined in the Agreement, shall be held by PaySystems until all potential Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks in relation to your Customers, as such terms are defined in the Agreement, are fully processed to the satisfaction of PaySystems.

Regards,

Shawn G. Forrest

Supervisor- Underwriting & Compliance

PaySystems Corp

================

I still haven't been paid for the lost check. 2days ago, they debited my account of near 50% of the reserve fund " for taxes " they supposively forgot to charge during 2002.

You may notice in the email that they will keep all remittances .... bla bla bla.

We are threated as thieves, but up to now, I consider 3rd party billing a "scam". Ibill also "hasn't updated" my merchant info, so no payment.
I can't update, because my password doesn't work anymore!!!! I know of at least 10 other webmasters in the same situation> I did a US presence and paid the blackmail of $ 750.00 to get fucked up my ass... Ibill are thieves, Paysystems also, Verotel ( Verza) the same...

CCnow was great till they stopped taking adult, and did this in a professional and respecrtfull way to the clients.

You go with Paysystems: bring your VASELINE to ease the pain!

one good thing is that they are located in the same city as I. So easy to sue the bastards.

I lost 10 days odf processing ( easy to proove the number of $ ), plus when clients would click the "add op basket" button, it showed : please contact security @paysystem.com as if I had defrauded somebody!!!

I will be suing them in about 16 days ( the delay required) and will ask for damages, etc...

Funny how this happened just when the reserve fund was to start kicking in. ...

Another point: When Itransfered my 3 sites from CCnow to Paysystem. my income dropped near 50%. At timee time I tought it was because of the change, or lack of new products, etc...

But since I know changed to 2 other processors , I nearly doubled my income, back to the point of CCnow levels....

Anyway, I think yt=the only route is your own merchant account. This is what I now am working on.
