i actually do know the complete story behind it. thats a popular video on some asian boards and has been discussed and translated extensively.
the seat the victim is sitting in and that whole row is reserved for women. in that country that is the way it works. the guy sitting there is drunk and or under the influence of some type of drugs according to bystanders and refuses to move. he is warned several times earlier in the full video to move. one person even tries to move him and it doesnt go over well.
eventually the officer is summoned and he talks with the man for a while trying to reason with him but also trying to be the hero to the asian girl. the guy in the seat finally says she can have the seat by sitting on "this" and proceeds to start to remove his penis from his pants. this sets the officer off bigtime and he proceeds to kick the guys face in. bystanders say the guys nose was destroyed from the kick it was flat on his face with a lot of blood. the guy left the bus after the kick.
