I see you have cheques and wire as payment method. For international wire transfer do you take any fees? For example if i make 210$ as an affiliate, how many $ do i get in my bank account, and when i get payed?

Sorry I must've not see this one. The international wire fee is $40. If you generate over $2000 in a single period (two weeks) that is waived.
