                      maybe he shouldn't drink and drive, and tell cops to shut up.

                      cops also shouldn't deliver blows via a weapon, dragging him out of the car and cuffing him would have delivered the same message

                              This one does seem fake... most cops wouldn't turn their back on bystanders like that. And the uniform looks fake.

                                                                  From what I understand cops are only supposed to use force that is of an equal amount to what they're encountering. It looks like this cop needs to lose his job or go to jail for assault.
