They might have been fine before but I think their recent moves (as well as the accusations over the owners character, if true) are going to hurt all their ventures considerably. People might not trust them now. Especially that new redpass. This will have to hurt them. They may or may not be able to pull through it. It was a stupid move to do all this at once in this way. They would have been better off delaying Redpass a few months if it could have prevented this. Trust is everything.

If you clown shoes are such 'high rollers' in regard to $2k bets, you should already have your own MERCHANT ACCOUNT than to eliminate that 3rd party dependency in the first place. Especially after all of your, "learned my lesson" on ePASS, iBill, iMonde, etc..

I just got off the phone with them and they said my late payments should arrive on Thursday or Friday.
Glad to hear you got someone on the phone....thats shocking in it of itself, but note the careful usage of the word ..."should" arrive thursday or Friday.

A more reassuring comment could have been... they said my late payment "WILL" be here on thursday or Friday
Because we merchants could flip it and say...."well I should send you more sales in absence of my payment, however I "WILL" not until my payment arrives"

He said Thursday or Friday because it depends on your bank and when they post it to your account.

Very true. All these people licked Zombaio's asshole before this, so I signed up and now people are like "Told you so". Keyboard warriors.
I have no issues with Zombaio, nor CCBill whom I've used in the past. Same as I have no issues with Verotel whom I've used for the better part of a decade. Plus I have my own merchant account. Most of the whiners are completely missing the point.
With most providers in the past, no matter WHO they were, over the decade plus in this industry, almost all of them have had a hiccup at least once. It is not unheard of. However, running to the boards to make bets any time it happens as if they are the next iMonde, or ePassporte is getting old.
If you can't handled the 3rd party billing, go get yourself your OWN merchant account and be done with it. Simple as that.
