Zombaio missed a payment due on the 22nd of this month. I emailed and they said that payments were running late due to holidays. This is a wire payment, not sure how late they can run... but 8 days seems pretty unlikely.

the fact that they're starting to miss payments makes people nervous. I may be switch up to CCBill again...

and i see that im not the only one maybe this was the best time to get lost because of the holidays

firstt day said it was just a holiday delay.

now they said

"We had some technical issues with the file uploading to our bank, usually this isn't a problem but with the holidays it caused a delay.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, you should receive this wire later this week or at the latest in the beginning of next week."

come on all the banks in the world are open again since last monday and fixing a file cant take so long.... something smells fishy

I think this thread is a bit premature, it's only one wire that is late and thats my 27th one. I find it hard to believe they would go to all hassle of changes and then close up shop

Yeah... that was me that you quoted. I'm already making moves away from Zombaio to CCBill. The writing is on the wall. These excuses topped with the increased rates... it's too sketchy for me. Something is up over there and we're not getting the full story.

They're probably going to collapse soon, and I'm not sticking around to see if I'm right or wrong.

Same here... all wires come a little early.

As far as my experience with Zombaio, up to now... it's been great.

It's just that I'm a little gun shy these days because billers come riding in like knights in shining armor, then they're gone... then the next one comes in, rinse and repeat.

I just have a few small projects of my own so Zombaio was enticing due to no set up fees. Lesson learned the hard way, I guess...

Christmas holiday occasionally causes delays for companies. Just part of business. Although with that other thread, I'd wager that perhaps the delay in payment (if there is one), probably has more to do with something you or your compadres did.

I haven't seen much negative posted about Zombaio, but multiple threads that lead me to believe you are a scammer. I'll side with the company that isn't actively scamming people.

Im really sorry fo this. We had a corrupt swift file, which happends time to time, but unfortunatley we are in the middle of global holydays right now which delays this alot.

All is cleared on our side and we know that the file is accepted in the swift system now (after many days) so things should run as normal again from now.

Yes, we know. When this payout problem got to me I went crazy that I will tell you. This is unacceptable, but hopefully solved for many the coming days.

That late payment sucks but the big issue is the processing rate going from 4.9% + 0% reserve to 8.9% + 5% reserve in one swoosh.

why the hell didnt they make a formal anouncement in the admin or via email ON THE 23rd when they said they found out instead of waiting a week and 'laxin over christmas? Also their payments read "payment cleared" in the admin - why werent they marked as "payment delayed"? No excuse.

IF an IPSP are having issues of any kind - not informing their clients immediately (and on gfy etc) will turn them quickly into another DMR/Ibill and all the others like them faster than they can shout chargebacks.

This thread is gonna hit them hard as new potential clients search for zombaio before risking their hard earned cash with an IPSP

The first thing i thought when we... finally... got an email earlier today regarding the delayed payouts is "here we go again". But sure, blame it on the holidays I guess, blame it on this, blame it on that... in the end it's not like you're going to be held responsible even if you do rob us blind.

Yes, agree, there is no excuse! We are with you for 100% on this, and we took action immediatly when this came back to us. We know the importance on "payment on time", especially for this industry due to the history. ACH would be one thing, but international wire transfers is another thing.

where is our money? I think we're entitled to a little more info than "soon"... if you recall, epassporte also kept saying "soon" and look what happened. Making statements like "so things should run as normal again" and "but hopefully solved for many" are huge red flag indicators that something is amiss. So you really need to answer, for your own sake and ours... where is our money? Especially considering the payout reports show these delayed payments as "payout cleared!" in the zombaio admin...

Soon is within days, for EUR most should be cleared on monday. For USD it may take a couple of more days since many US banks are using intermediate banks which sometimes adds 1-3 banking days. Your money is where it should be, in the system on its way to you! Accounting is updating the reports today so you should see which payments that are re-sent. No, you should see several wires for that period depending on how often you normally get wires from us. There will not be any delay on the wires that are supposed to go out during next week, they should clear as normal. The reason is that the payment file contains payouts for 14 days, with payment days (release dates).

As I wrote, the reason is that the payment file contains payouts for 14 days, with payment days (release dates).

You should within the day be able to see in ZOA which payments are affected.
