I have been accepting payments via WebMoney for over 1.5 years now. Primarily used by people from the ex-Soviet Union (Russians, Ukranians, etc etc) It's very stable, and reliable. I cash out by transfering money to paxum from my webmoney (WMZ USD account).

Yep, it's really very popular system among ex-USSR webmasters. And even there are plenty of sponsors paying via webmoney. One of such sponsors is in my sig

they seem to integrate with ukash, which would make it accessible to the North American market, have you ever used ukash with them?

not with ukash man but you can reg webmoney from anywhere i think, then its just about choosing the right card that will be sent to your country ... no problem here in czech republic so far and i am using them often ...
