                      Many years ago I was in an apartment at the back of the building... I threw my tree onto the balcony and kind of forgot about it. Sometime in May I got a letter from the building manager ordering me to throw out the red dried out husk of a tree because it was a fire hazard.

                                  I didnt even decorate the house last yr, This year it was kind of mild one day, so I decided to do it. Unless it gets mild again and I get ambitious, it will stay up till sping

                                                      Same here! Although they stayed up last year until almost the end of January. We weren't the only holdouts on the block. It was like no one wanted the season to end.
