I currently have a dozen sites hosted on seo-host(dot)com and for the past few months, at 1-to 5 of them have been down every time I check. Most recently, they trashed the database on a hand-written blog and cost me hundreds of hours of lost time.
Their ticket system won't go past their capcha so the only way to open any kind of ticket is to email them and then you have no real way to track tickets.
I've sent a number of emails trying to get them to fix the ticket system including screen caps and they ignore them or say the problem is fixed and then ignore my responses.
Normally I would work with someone to figure out the problem but this has gone on way too long and support has been nothing more than "I'll look into it" and then if I'm lucky, the site comes back up within a few hours. In the last week, I've had three domains down for more than 36 hours each.
So - since SEO-HOST(dot)com sucks worse than my ex-wife, I'm looking for a reliable seo hosting company that can give me separate class-c ip's in a number of different locations.

when i started out, i used godaddy, no matter what anyone has said, had zero problems with them. And I still use them for some sites, after a decade.
Go with baddog and u won't have issues ;)
