Last time I had a real smoke was Feb 18th....

I used the Ecigs for a few months and then stopped it as well ....

Haven't had anything now for like 3 or so weeks... Completely nicotine free now and smoke free

Hit a records high here yesterday at 97 (old record 94). They've opened some lake beaches for people to cool off. Usually this temp is july/august around here.
