CashX withdrawls from Epassporte VC, anyone has succeeded?

I have cashx account and trying to withdraw money from my epassporte VC, however the card is being declined by cashx, despite its working everywhere else without any problems.
Lost my physical epassporte CC, so have to get somehow 4k out of VC before they closed the shop on 11 January next year.

i am not from US, but my sister is married there. maybe i should sent her some gift...
its pitty we couldnt pay the income taxes online here, for sure i would like to pay them with my epass VC

I dont know why did i loose my card, if i knew i would still have it :-)
lost it two days before the whole epassporte fiasco began
.I know that VC and CC are going to be shut off, thats the reason for this topic. i need to get the money out of my VC somehow....

at least i didnt get malliced as all of my funds were on visa cards...
