I meant something different. For example here in Russia we don't have any other laws than the Criminal Code of Russian Federation. I.e. nothing like "your cat is not allowed to poop closer than 1000 meters to the nearest synagogue".

Yes, I was right, because the "laws" posted there are came from some tales book for the American children of 60's. Believe me. WE DO NOT HAVE SUCH LAWS ALL.

E.g.:

"Anyone not willing to work a 16 hour day can be thrown into prison."

"In some areas, all boys must be given the name Stalin as one of there middle names."

"It is illegal to brush your teeth more than twice per day."
etc.

The one must be a complete idiot to invent these "laws" and the other must be a 2 y.o. kid to believe this is truth.
