    The latest email from a retired guy who still seems to be in charge:

    Also, thanks to you and posting this private information on the message boards, we have added new terms to our Terms and Conditions. Thank you for ruining our great reputation.

    18. Any correspondence or actions arising from disputes under this agreement are confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties including publication on pubic or private forums or message boards. Any unauthorized disclosure will result in account termination and forfeiture of outstanding commissions as well as appropriate legal action.
    So, if you don't get any reply from them and ask for a contact on boards, they included a condition to kick you out without payments. Come on ..... that's so cheap!

    PS: I guess, since I am not an affiliate of them anymore, that term does not apply to me so I am free to post.

                  So, anyone who complains publicly about not getting paid can be blocked, if they are not already, and forfeits all money they have earned?

                  I would sooner do a 6 figure wire load to a new pay card system started by Chris Malick than touch anything CyberAge or David Dginger is involved with.

                                                                                  Lol, so Cyberage deletes an affiliate's account without emailing him any explanation, doesn't let him login, doesn't send him any money he's owed and don't respond to any email inquiries as to what is going on and now they tell him that if he goes to the boards with it they'll take legal action, too funny. If they delete an affiliate's account wouldn't that no longer make him bound to the program's tos?

                                                                                          18. If we don't pay you and you go and post about it to let everyone else know that we are not paying affiliates then you will have violated our TOS and therefore we wont pay you.
