What Is Philly10.Com Worth??
For mainstream obviously, a local porn site would be too risky and too small an audience, but I bought it prob a year ago, couldn't belive it was available. Was thinking of making a local dating site or social network, ad revenue based, but it would cost at least 100k to 5mil for enough tv ads and a custom script and staff, but would be profitable in this major market I am sure. Where would I go to find a buyer for it if I wante to sell?

Was thinking of making it an exclusive dating site for "10's" only inorder to have an active profile on the site people would have to vote for you to be able to join but i would really prefer a much bigger all inclusive mainstream social site, that i can get tons of ad revenue from but dont have the money to develop it, it would cost at least a few 100k prob millions to code and market to a household name.
