Just for the record, we have never done business, but based on the recent threads (started both by others and yourself), your posts about cutting of people "that have not updated their sites in years" and the almost aggressive tone of your posts in response to what every webmaster who is serious about his business would consider valid questions I doubt I'll ever do business with you in the future.

Assuming this is true, why were they not informed of this? I mean aren't most of these people webmasters who have done business with you for many years? I see one or two claiming they actually spoke to people on the phone. The messages date back months. I'll give you some credit that I have seen reports that some people are being paid though.

We try, but after 10 years, people change their email addresses and there is no way of contacting them. No updates, no contact info and dead links. Why is that fair to us.

You say these people have out dated sites, but are still making you money, and you wont pay them now?
You know how many sites / companies are going out of business these days, the amount of dead links on some affiliates network of servers would need a full time person to change dead links.
I do not know what your Business is, but this does NOT make sense to me.

But they called your staff on the phone. They sent e-mails. They posted here in some cases over and over again. And how does it work anyway? All your sites need to be updated and working. If they are not, the staff will try and contact you. If you don't reply or we get a bounced email. Most likely you are one of the handfuls that got cut off.

Hold on... if someone is owed money, that means they must have made sale(s) to justify a + figure in their payout column. If the site is, in fact, dead... or 404, they making a sale is impossible, right?

I will take any number of sales from anyone out there with old, out-dated sites and pages. If they still send joins, I'm good with that and will pay you.

Bullshit, you simply choose not to email affiliates when you delete their account and give them some explanation. You don't respond to any affiliate inquiries when they email you as to why they can't login, you just hope they go away. Its a completely unprofessional way of doing business.

So you delete an account because of something as silly as an affiliate not updating their links, you don't inform them that you're doing it or why, you don't allow them to login and you keep whatever earnings they have and you expect us to believe its just business as usual?

It didn't effect me. While I do have an account with you (and surprisingly it's still active), nearly a decade ago your staff quit approving my sites for the linked list and never told me why when I inquired. That gave me a bad vibe so I left and used other AVS systems instead. I did quite well with them too until I quit that model. One still sends me nice checks and so I wrote a message two weeks ago here thanking them for their honesty and encouraging people to do business with them. I remember most people used to consider you an honest guy as well once...
