Courts dont just issue orders, they are asked to do so and they're supposed to have good reason to even ask. Isn't that right? SO how can we just blanket courts and call them the problem when a cop kills a dog in a citizens home, even if they have a warrant?
Are we REALLY saying that if a court issues the entry warrant that it's a GIVEN that all dogs will be killed? Where the fuck is the country I was born in? |
Those squads entering homes and raising hell often just for fun are a bunch of sick people that deliberately decide to be violent. Just sad.....

let us know when the true story comes out, not the criminal's version of events.

In my opinion they had no reason to be in my house in the first place but I am no lawyer so unsure how those situations work. They obviously had some sort of probable cause though since they were able to obtain a warrant. Going to check your profile to see if your ICQ is in there, if not feel free to hit me up on mine - 310171594. Thanks! :thumbsup |
I can't watch.
:( |
How awful! Those cops should lose their animals now since they don't care about dogs.

That's too fucked up..fuckin assholes

But I will tell you this. A friend of mine has been a cop for over 5 years. At first it was very exciting for him to serve and protect the people while getting paid to do it. Within a year, his mind was changed a lot. He would call me once a day and tell me stories and situations that makes you question what is wrong with people's heads. All cops are stressed out, depressed, under paid, and get treated like shit from the majority of the public. The exciting days for them are gone faster than a few paychecks. The majority of the public that cops come in contact with daily are not just your average weed smoker or traffic speeder. These kind of people cops consider a vacation to deal with. So why these things happen like shooting three dogs? As a cop working year after year dealing with 100 scumbags a day, you start to develop an instant accurate profile of most people you come in contact with. This profiling has common factors that all cops agree on. You need to have such skills or you will end up dead or mentally insane. You have to take into account, there were more than one cop at the scene. Something happened that made the cops kill the puppies. What happened? No one knows for sure. But you can be confident if the cops did not have to shoot the puppies, they would not have done so. They were pushed to do it and there are at least a dozen scenarios I can think of which prompts cops to shoot a dog. That puppy that was said "hiding under the table" could have been ready to attack the cops. Cops are not trained to combat animals, specially pit bulls. |

Then from all of this. Here we are two pages later. Herds of people blindly jumping on the bandwagon. And I'm the ONLY person to question the legitimacy of it? Did you people arrive to the internet yesterday or something? |

Still not enough information yet to make an informed decision. I like to think for myself. I don't jump to conclusions on things.

It is now SOP for cops to kill dogs on raids. And it's completely unnecessary and total bullshit. |
Drug laws are bullshit :2 cents

But since this was a reply to this post by me: Quote:
Seriously this is so ridiculous. I say, "Why do you think it is SOP". And your response is another youtube video of a dog that got shot during a raid. I mean, WTF dude? Where the hell are you at? |

Fuck the police. |

Dont forget the Mayor who's house was used as a drug drop point and when he brought the package into his house, SWAT bashed in the door, killed their 2 dogs and made the Mayor lay there in his underpants surrounded by his dogs blood.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...073003299.html There. I dug it up so no memory required. It's a disgusting trend, like auto-tazering anyone you feel like (can I prove that? no) |
And it always fascinates me how on the internet people seem to be pushed to take such extreme polarized opinions on things. Everything always has to be an illogical battle to make it black and white. There's never any logical middle ground.
And now for lolcats http://icanhascheezburger.files.word...eg?w=498&h=476 |

Yes I know human nature is to share bad stories and keep good ones secret and safe. But this was not a BS story, it was on national news media when it happened. It goes to the point that regardless of someone saying it's not SOP, they certainly kill dogs that are running to hide from them as well as pit bulls being sent to attack. Every dog is a threat when swat breaks in is the default setting. I dont have a problem believing that or being convinced that it needs to be the approach to a raid. It still sucks pretty bad because although pets are legally simple property, everyone knows they are more like family.
