Hi everyone, sorry for the short reply but I am actually in the middle of moving today so no internet and berry browser not optimal to be 100% available but seems I have connection at this moment.

Regarding the credits you are seeing, this is indeed not normal, our bank slammed us today with credits and chargebacks that had not posted for the last two weeks and all hit today. Sorry we were not aware of it ourselves until too late to give anyone heads up. If you look back to around the 1st of the month you will notice no credits have posted. We do apologize about this and rest assured we have put systems in place to make sure this doesn't happen again.
