    UFC 124: St-Pierre vs Koscheck

    UFC 124 takes place in Montreal at the Bell Centre.

    Georges St-Pierre takes on Josh Koscheck

                                          No kidding. In one of the interviews he was asked how he feels about fighting in Canada in front of a sold out GSP crowd and for a split second I saw his face light up and dollar signs appear in his eyes.

                                          I think GSP will win and I want GSP to win. But I still believe that Kos has a chance.

He tried to razz GSP and that black dude but he just came across as an idiot and a dick. I want to root for GSP but every time I hear him talk he reminds me of that French dude in The Legend of Ricky Bobby and it makes me laugh.

                                                                                  I was a big fan of GSP untill I saw his corner men put vasoline on his back with my own eyes, and then to top it off he did'nt show up for the comission's hearing. BJ was there asking for fairness. Kos can do this he just needs to really concentrate on defending the takedown. On the feet Kos can knock him out...

                                                                                                                  BJ Penn is a disgrace, he had tonnes of talent coming in but wasted it. His idea of training was smoking weed and eating cheese burgers that's why he lost, not because of vaseline...

                                                                                                                                              I have a feeling that GSP is gonna try and make an example outta Koscheck, just like he did with Serra in the second fight. But every fighter has a puncher's chance I suppose, but if Koscheck does happen to get lucky, I would hate to see what GSP would do to him in a rematch. I think that his loss against Serra, taught him not to underestimate an opponent though.

Kos may be a blowhard, but he has a solid team backing him up. I don't doubt for a minute Carmarillo hasn't been studying tapes on GSP, or Cook working on Kos's boxing knowing that GSP drops his right hand when throws a kick. That's the problem about being the Champ, everyone knows your game plan and how you fight.

                                                                                                                                                  GSP is already P4P best fighter in the world, if he can finish Kos quick, it will only cement his greatness compared to the one sided decision win over Kos back in 74.

                                                                                                                                                          I did not mention anything about BJ's training, his loss was totally his own fault, he did ask for fairness and if you go back you will clearly see GSP turning around in the middle of the octagon at the end of one of the later rounds awaiting his Vaseline fix from his corner men. Its there I SAW IT, he cheated then. Now, he might not be greasing but come one dude, its the UFC you are the champion why do it? I was a huge GSP fan not anymore I don't have to look for any other reason its there go LOOK there is even a GIF about it That's Hilarious....

He doesn't really take punches well so that is his only real weakness. Someone with Anderson Silva type striking could beat him I think, but not Kos unless he lands a lucky punch.

I was at the last one in montreal and I spent the whole time staring at the big tv, all cramped up and surrounded by a building of tough guy wanna be, swear to god it felt like 90% guys.
