But, according to U.S. reports, several people who bought the product have never received it or heard any explanations.

Devon's claims of a relationship, a tape and even a love child with Woods have been repeatedly questioned by relatives as attempts at self-promotion.

And she has refused to produce any portions of the video or even screen grabs as proof of its existence, according to RadarOnline.

But she insists the tape is real and the reason it hasn't been shipped is due to a settlement.

'Our settlement has been done so we're not releasing a tape,' her husband Nick Janette told the website.

He claimed the videos were never shipped because they were waiting on the settlement - while on the website it was claimed this was due to overwhelming demand.

But despite the contradiction, he said: 'We haven't lied. We did have high demand. We had 180,000 buys.

'We didn't really know what to do. That was our reason. I didn't want to cancel our orders and not have a settlement, so that's what we decided to do.'

He claimed that all but 25 people had had their money refunded.

Despite the claims at high sales, the pair recently filed for bankruptcy.

And Devon's relatives have repeatedly called her a fantasist, while her former manager Gina Rodriguez said the tape never existed.

Everything James 'has said and done thus far has been a lie,' she said.
