I want to buy space for a square ad (300x250) above the fold. I will buy based on impressions in bulk or based on a custom time frame (eg. weekly). If you do not have a square ad on your site in that size and/or looking for additional ways of income, skip one paragraph directly to what information I need from you.

I will pay to test one million impressions in ad size 300x250 before I commit to larger volumes. If you don't have an ad system to measure and serve specific number of impressions, then I would need to test for a period of time (hours and days) that would approximately equal one million impressions.

I need the following information sent to me in order to consider your traffic. Please provide me accurate information. I will in most cases require proof of traffic stats.

0. Do you have space for a square ad (300x250) above the fold?
1. Domain name where ad will appear. (eg. domain.com)
2. Page url(s) where ad will appear. (eg. domain.com/videopage/*)
3. Location of the ad on the page. (eg. second ad from top next to video)
4. Average unique visitors a day based on the last 14 days. (where ad will appear)
5. Average page views a day for the ad based on the last 14 days. (where ad will appear)
6. Percentage of USA visitors. (eg. 55% USA)
7. Can you serve my ad tag for a specific number of impressions?
8. Can you serve my ad tag to a specific country only?
9. What methods of payment can you accept?
