Epassporte Visa Card vs Refunds, cancelled autorization for online orders

I have an epassporte visa card and i have some issues with refunds, or cancelled orders for online orders.

I want to know if others noticed the same problems and how they resolve it.

I receive a PaYPal refund on 11/01/2010 and i did not have it back on my card until now. I made an order on a site on 11/20/2010 which was cancelled, on my card they appear as charged. I made an order for 85.50$ which i was charged in the end only 75$, in my visa card they appear 85.50$.

So, since the bank unbloked the card, they do not take in consideration refunds, cancelled autorization, or the actual charge.

I called the bank and they said i should send them proof for this, so they can realease my money.

Does anyone else happen this before? How did you resolve it..if?

ok..but did you give them a proof? or you were just saying you received a refund?

yes i had the same problem. an order did not go thru with the company but appeared as a charge on my vv account, so i had to contact the company to have them send me a statement saying the charge never actually went through.
then i forwarded that to sknab bank and they took the charge off.

reasonable really, sknab is pretty decent.

In how many days was it resolved? I am a little bit stressed cos, the only month left to be able to use visa card is december and if it lasts 2 weeks to reply ....
