    CCBILL: Is it the way?

    I been playing behind the scenes for a few years(photo shoots of others,running sites etc).

    I hardly ever post on here. Now I'm 41 years old and I think I got a good look. I only do alt,fetish,etc. I just want to know from all of you if you think CCBILL is the best to go with now days? Which is the best in your imo's? I want to make sure I make the right choice on this. Thank you for any help!

      Only sensible choice these days IMHO but you could use CCBill and the likes of Epoch to cascade to. As long as you are not doing some nasty fetish that is.. otherwise you would be looking at Verotel.

              Well..I'm more of a prick tease. So I do a lot of pantyhose modeling. topless, I have yet to do x-rated as far as the really naughty naughty. I figure I'm 41. I'm a size 2. I work out every day. I eat right. I have had zero plastic surgery. I changed my entire life and lifestyle.

              I want to go for it. I'm totally outed in my city. I'm totally outed on the net. I don't care. These people can shove it. I'm totally dedicated.

              Verotel does seem like the most simple option for me at this time, so thank you for your help. Until I can get my site totally rock'n. I'll do my best

                  CC Bill is definitely the best way to go. As John_FVC mentions, an Epoch cascade would be good too. In spite of some comments on this board, there are many affiliates willing to promote CC Bill because their affiliate accounts merge into one weekly check from a very stable company.

                                  That's what I wanted to know. You all rock! I just want to make sure I don't make the wrong steps in this. Plus I'm here for fun and money. Money pays the bills, the fun feeds my lifestyle.

                                  Its very empowering as a woman to do this, I lost 60 pounds this year, (the right way). Nothing is falling down LOL!

                                  I know a lot of webmasters talk really bad about the "talent" on here. That is one of the main reasons we(talent/models) never post on here. Just look at how old my account is LOL. Yet now. I really don't care what others say. I think that is the key as a model/webmistress. Who cares what people say? Do the work and see what happens.

                                  P.S. I know A LOT of you are NOT that way. I've seen over the years who has said and done what. So I do know there are a lot of really great webmasters and webmistresses out there.

                                      Ok I use to have an account with you guys. I'll catch you by phone. I'm looking at price issues. I put in an investment as all business people should do, so right now in this moment of time. I'm running on a shoe string ;)

                                              Yeah I would have to agree with every here you can't go wrong with any of the sites listed here! I am a webmaster with many blogs, tgp's and such and several of the programs I work with use ccbill and when I have a payment due I have always gotten it on time without in problems!

                                              May I say you are a very sexy looking 41 year old as well! When you get your site up and running and you get an affiliate program setup just let me know because I would love to add you on some of my sites, you have a great look and your tease thats a good combo!

                                                      CCBill with an Epoch cascade which credits affiliates is a good way to go. NATS is also good in my opinion as long as you also offer a ccbill or ccbill integrated option. If you go with NATS try to make it as affiliate friendly configuration wise as possible. Verotel is fine as well although ccbill has better affiliate stats and a generally more trusted program. The important thing is to make sure your affiliates (if you have them) get credit for all processors. Run an honest program and you'll do better in the long run. If we convert better with you, we'll send you more traffic.

Wtf would anyone trust adult webmasters that use nats or any of the other programs out there with their money? I mean come on, Ccbill sends you check on time etc.. webmasters fuck around miss payments etc.. screw that.. I want my money where I trust it! Again not all webmasters that use nats or other programs do this but tons of them do then you see it here! So and so ain't paid blah blah but you never hear Ccbill never paid me!

                                                                      Welcome to the industry, and if you have the ability, skip and by pass all of the processors mentioned here, and get a merchant account, I would be a lot happier these days, if that advice was given to me as a newbie.

                                                                      Sadly you must learn the hard way in this biz, too many ways to take advantage of uninformed newbies, and i am familiar with most of the tricks.

                                                                      Also make sure you get some tracking software and learn to analyze your stats, they are invaluable.

                                                                      Nothing boils my blood more than a sincere newbie getting pointed in the wrong direction.

                                                                      Get a merchant account if you can.... and best of luck!

                                                                                      I NEED webmasters/webmistresses too promote me. You all don't seem to care much for V,so I rather get your ideas on the right way.

                                                                                      I am not a newbie at all. I just have not dealt with such a project like this before.

                                                                                      I'm here to get the right information as to what the webmasters/webmistresses demand for processing. .

                                                                                                  I wouldn't recommend a new site owner to start with their own merchant account. There is just too much to learn, and mistakes are expensive.

                                                                                                  If you are going to be reliant on affiliates to drive you traffic then I guess ccbill are the best choice. If you plan on doing some work yourself in finding traffic and want to retain more of the money look at www.zombaio.com

                                                                                                              I should have stated my position a bit better. . I am going to rely on Webmasters & Webmistresses, but they also will be relying on my OWN skills as a Webmistress.

                                                                                                                                              If you have the business sense to help manage your own account, I agree a merchant account is the solution that will yield you the most profit and flexibility. You will have ALOT more control over everything and pay about half of what is costs for 3rd party processing through an IPSP.

                                                                                                                                              However, if you are just getting started and need to focus 100% on getting signups and making content, you may want to start with a reliable 3rd party processor such as Epoch, CCbill SEGpay, Verotel and others mentioned here. Once you have a about 3-6 months of processing under your belt and a bit of experience, a merchant account is certainly the way to go. When that time comes, please consider NETbilling. I've done Google Checkout. I've done Billpoint. I've done First Data. I've done about half-a-dozen other kinds of merchant accounts and it is NOT FUCKING WORTH THE POWDER AND SHOT for ANY kind of ADULT to have to put up with it!

                                                                                                                                                          CCBill and sleep well at night! Yeah, you're going to pay them and pay them well for what they do but YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF and that allows you get on with what you do best! If you want to be Customer Service, accountant, refund policy person, handle chargebacks, talk to every knucklehead on the planet with a "problem", then by all means, set up your own merchant account and may the Lord bless you and keep you because certainly no one else will!

                                                                                                                                                              It sounds like you had a bad experience. Paypal, Billpoint and Google checkout are not merchant account services, are not geared towards adult either. If you want to have a good experience, you cant cut corner and need to work with a company that know the business, whether it is with a 3rd party processor or with your own merchant account (using a gateway and call center company like NETbilling) who will handle it all for you.

As an affiliate, I hate promoting Verotel or Epoch sites personally. CCBill has always been preferred.
