Hey AdamX, whilst essentially a mobile app, users still need to regsiter via the website. If you want to direct users to the app in the app store, you can select a redirect link (from the link builder) that will open the app store. The link places a cookie on the user's browsers, then the user then downloads the app, then the user needs to register via the browser in order to use the app.
