Would you like to live in Cancun in an All-Webmaster community?

As some of you know I now live in Cancun and love it, and I was thinking: wouldn't it be great to buy some huge property in the jungle near the beach in Cancun, and build an all-webmaster community, where we can be ourselves, work, and have fun?

actually the webmasters I have met and dealt with in person have been simply adorable and ended up being very good friends of mine, so I do think it'd be a great idea

I already live on a beach front but I'm ALWAYS down for Mexico, and yes its safe there.
I can pretty much relocate anywhere as long as there's broadband.

I already live down here (bought a house last year), and love it. There's lots of land for sale at very reasonable prices (about $10,000 an acre and even cheaper), you can build a very nice solid house for about $60,000, the weather is the best in the world, models are pretty and cheap (for those of you shooting your own content), life in general is cheap, and a flight to Miami is 90 minutes and about $250 round trip.

Only problem with that scenario is...she asked for actual webmasters. Most of the clowns that are so disrespectful on GFY wouldn't qualify. Nor would they have the income to even own their own home.

This idea was actually proposed right here on GFY and I believe on porn city about 7 or 8 years ago. About 50 of us were talking about throwing in and buying an island off the coast of S. America and starting our own country.

But it never grew to anything more than idle chit chat, largely because even just in the threads about it there were too many people disagreeing about "how it should be" lol.
