    fbi got account name on an account and tied it to the spam king

      feds have been able to access epass information all the time anyway. i came across a few spammer court cases a few years ago and they had all the dude's epass info.

                          Not to worry. In this world of out of control government spending, rampant unemployment, millions of home foreclosures and "spreading around the wealth", there are still ways to keep most of your hard earned dollars.

                                  The definition os "sapm" has been so broadened and mis-applied that the term no longer has any useful meaning, except as defined in the CAN-SPAM Act.

                                  "Spam" has come to mean virtually any email, forum post or comment that someone else doesn't like or is jealous of.

                                  I recently heard some asshole refer to billboards as "Highway Spam". Fucking idiots.
