PHP Script HELP!!!!

Ok, I found a bunch of places I can go copy free php scripts from.

Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to install these scripts?? I need to put a contact type form onto my model management website and dont know a thing about php.

I am having my site totally redesigned by a professional and will have new scripts and stuff when it iss done, but if you are in the production part of this industry, you know these girls hate sending emails!! They want to be able to type in some info and upload some pics and click a button and be done with it.

If anyone can help, I will give them free hardlinks, maybe even a free banner on my free site.

How do I make it that when you hit the submit button, it sends that info to my email address??

If you hit submit now it opens up outlook express, or whatever your default email service would be, and opens it like a new email.
