Take a look at Get2Pay- its an affiliate payout solution that is similar to epass, but better.
Sponsors can pay direct to the affiliates get2pay account. The affiliate can then request a physical prepaid card, or get a virtual prepaid card instantly.
The fees are lower the epass and I would encourage everyone to take a look.
