Text Banner program/help

Hi,

I am setting up a website and need a real simple textbanner with my url (WEBBESTAMATEUR.COM) on it. I like something like this:www . bighomemovies . com/bighome3.gif (not mine)

With which program can I do this? I have photoshop but I am such a n00b with this. Can somebody point me to a simple program?

It wont be a cam site but a site with "the Best Homemade Amateur Movies"
