Need a script, preffer php - existing or not

I need a photo gallery script that is backened with mysql.

Features the script should have are all the same features airliners.net or jetphotos.net have (same owner)

User registration and upload system where the uploaded pictures are placed in a queue for a screener to approve/denie them
Very flexible search for approved pictures

Alot more, to much to explain, for an example take a look at planepictures.net jetphotos.net or airliners.net

If you have a script like this or are able to make one asap leave your contact details inhere.

why dont you contact the owner of jetphotos or whatever and ask him what script his uses and if hes willing to sell it?
