Serverprovider, problems?

Anyone know what's happening with serverprovider? Been having intermittent problems with my sites, no reply to supprt email, no-one on the support for 3 days now.

They have been good up until now...

Thanks guys, I'm not in the US so the 1-888 isn't my first choice. There always used to be someone on the support icon but not now...just wondered if they were working on something new?
