It's a pig on server resources. If you have any real traffic, I wouldn't use it.

Last time I looked for a banner rotater I found HTML rotate, installed it in minutes and would suggest checking it out, very easy to use and allows you to rotate any html and not just banners plus it's free

PHPAdsNew kicks ass, I use it for my site BUT if you have a lot of traffic, I'd recommend putting this on a seperate server.
