Programmer wanted for a simple script

I am looking for a capable programmer who can make me a photo of the day script that automatically updates every 24 hours using a cron job or something similar. Script can be cgi/perl or php/mysql whichever is easiest for you. There are more details than this otherwise I would just grab a picture rotator off cgi-resources, but you get the idea.
