I dont know if you guys remember when hotmail was purchased M$. They ran IIS and Winnt for about a week, then when it crashed, they switched back to apache on linux.

ASP is nice for large, normally complex problems, the .NET stuff really helps out, (this coming from a php advocate / guru) honestly, ASP is really nice, but so is PHP and they both have they're place and purpose, the trick is knowing what the right tool for the job is, and being able to do it
