    3d programs

What's relatively easy to learn 3d program? I'm too busy to waste my time learning a difficult proggy.
It doesn't have to be the best around, but I would need to be able to create human-like creatures, color and light them.
    ..and I'm off.

I actually need it to render 2d images, (hentai/cartoon like) but I thought it'd be easier to make the characters in a proggy and then make the 2d series from the characters. Is this even possible?
    ..and I'm off.

There is no 3D application that is "easy" to learn. You can do what you're looking to do in Photoshop.

I have Maya and 3D Studio and they are both awesome programs but the learning curve is out of this world. I can't think of another application that is worth learning.

If all you're looking to do is Hentai and Cartoons then stick with Photoshop. You'll be fine.

Umm.. photoshop can't do what I want. I'm don't want to draw the same characters in different poses over and over again by hand. I guess I'll have to get a program to learn that shit. Do the proggies have free trials?

I think you want something like Poser. From what I understand, it's fairly easy to learn, and there's tons of community type boards out there to help you get started.

There's a way to do toon-style characters in it as well.

I think this is the link to the program:

Rhino3d is good. Easy nurbs modelling.

Pretty good? That's one of the best, and costs thousands of dollars.

Some of you guys are sending poor TGF on a pilgrimage to "high end" 3D, when all he wants to do is make a few toon characters.
