Good bulk mail programs

Hi, can anyone give recommendation on a good bulk emailer to send out updates and newsletters to our affiliate lists? I'm having some issues with timeouts.

Do a search on google, there are lots of free ones even that can handle carrige return imports and you can send small amounts of mail to say affiliates and such.

Mojomail supports html yes, they've also changed their name to

His mail program keeps stalling at 4.. if only it could get to 9 he would be set!
