AFSC selling content with NO RIGHT

the guy own this scammed me for 1600$ for exchange and never get paid

I'm currently collecting all datas I can find to sue them.

I think is time to write something and let people understand the truth



I sold the content to AFSC, full rights with resell rights. About 520 scenes



I bought kemaco scenes from Sascha Productions, Germany



Before buy from Sascha, I asked documents and evidence that he has the right to resell full rights plus resell,



And he showed me the agreement he did with Kemaco,

content full rights with resell in exchange of other content, full rights with resell



after that, I bought content, and I made my deals, legit deals,

including AFSC.



Kemaco understood months ago that I was selling their content,

They contacted me, and they said I cannot because I don’t have rights,

I showed them agreement, and Sascha deal they did.

They replied that they had no idea what they signed with Sascha, so they did a mistake,

And they don’t allow to other people to resell their content.



I think is not a fair to do business like this,

First they sell full rights with resell, in exchange of content with same rights,

Then they say that you cannot resell.



What they are doing now is just an easy way to talk bad about a competitor,

Trying to give him problems, make public just lies and accuses, without any evidence.



I mentioned Sascha, so Sascha will come soon into this thread to reply, to say his version of facts.



At least we let users understand what is going here.

This post is not intented to turn into some drama but just to inform customers not to buy kemaco content at AFSC, so,

I won't answer nothing here.
As soon as you provide me the docs I asked you months ago my attorney will contact you (or yours ?)

I don't have a bone to pick with anyone when I say this. But this is one of the reasons when I buy content with resell rights, I ALWAYS buy from the original producer, never a third party. Because this is one of the problems that can arise.

You buy a product from Person A who says they have resell rights
A few months later, you get contacted by Person B saying it's their content and you stole their content.
You show them agreement from Person A and Person B says they never sold the rights to Person A.
Then you are stuck trying to sort out who is lying and it's a whole lot of clusterfuck of a drama.

Once again, I am not taking sides in this matter, but this should serve a cautionary tale for people who buy content especially content with resell rights.

so guys thats all right what hellboy says, i change kemaco content years ago with content from me (german content) with absolutly full rights, kemaco can make resell, and i can also resell to guys and they can it too, so we have make that deal like each ohters Exchange content is like your own one made.

Hope each person knows what i mean with that.

That prob in this years ago deal is kemaco never read exatly the contract they sign, so hellboy and i never make a mistake, and AFSC also NOT.

Correct, and we shall continue to aggressively promote and sell this excellent content... that we have full resale rights on, which is what happens when you sign a legal contract for the content and pay for it.
