in truth, a selection of all sizes are worth while, but i'd personally prefer 250x250

300x250 will yield much higher volume of traffic. No right or wrong answer here on what you should do. Test both, let the ROI tell you what performed better for you and scale it up.

If you can save money, but the 250 x 250 banner spots.
