    Collard Greens .......

    Anyone else love fresh collard greens ... with onions, garlic, bacon, a little Swiss chard and jalapeños? Damn good

              i can't seem to like them, even prepared that way, with bacon. my fucking neighbor had us over for dinner the other night, the ones with the avocado tree, he grows collards too, well, they made them for dinner, but in white balsamic vinegar, rancid! it was horrible. i had to smile.
