Business proposition high traffic site!

We have a very high traffic forum in the naughty niche
and we are looking for partners.
Before I start I am not advertising my site here or spamming this is a genuine business opportunity so I will not be posting links to the site as this is my first post I don't want you to think I am here to sponge any traffic.
So the site:
160 Thousand active members
50,000 - 60,000 unique visitors per day
500,000+ page views
Alexa (global) 94,926
Most of our traffic is us/uk/usa
We have a very high traffic forum and 95% of our users are blokes with there cock in there hand so we know there is a good opportunity here to market to them.
We currently have ads on the site cpa ads that convert and we currently rake in $300-$400 per day. We did have adsense on the site at the beginning and we was making $14000 per month easily with just two ads. Obviously they were pulled due to the nature of the site.
The proposition/s
1. We are planning on adding a vip section where our users can pay a fee eg $20/$30 to have access to a catalogue of videos images that you can provide and we can split 50/50
2. We have never marketed to the 160,000 emails we have acquired since starting the site started so maybe an email campaign to all members split 50/50
3. Market your products/services on the site with sticky post's for a fee?
