Yepp, price is way too high.
Check out themeforest. Premuim wordpress themes are sold around 45 USD. The same themes in HTML-Format are sold around 30 USD.
I don't think you will sell many copys for almost 100 USD each.I know, my english is bad. But your german might be even worse
